We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Delhi. This full-time position involves designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications that power our educational platforms. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform functionality
- Contribute to database design and management for optimal performance
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax
- Experience with RESTful API design and development
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth)
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with TypeScript
- Understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
